Not at all! Every rental comes with unlimited mileage, giving you total freedom to explore Cozumel without counting miles.
If the vehicle is returned with a missing amount of fuel, an additional charge of $25 USD will apply.
We offer two flexible options: a "Day Rate" from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or a full "24-Hour Rate" where the vehicle is due back at the exact same time the next day.
Fuel is not included. We request that you return the vehicle with the same level of gasoline it had at delivery.
Insurance & Coverages
Our included Basic Insurance covers Third-Party Liability, roadside assistance, and mechanical issues. It carries a 10% deductible based on the vehicle's value.
No. Please note that none of our insurance options cover partial or total theft of the vehicle.
Insurance does not cover lost keys, lost or stolen license plates, or partial theft/damage to rims, tires, mirrors, and glass.
Yes. We offer an optional Collision Insurance for $20 USD per day. It covers damages to the rental vehicle with a 15% deductible, and includes medical expenses and legal assistance.
No. Traffic violations, fines, or tickets issued during your rental period are entirely the driver's responsibility.
Delivery & Logistics
We offer free delivery and pickup anywhere on the island! We can meet you at any hotel, Airbnb, or ferry pier at no extra cost.
Yes! Our daytime rentals start at 8:00 AM, allowing you to maximize your full day of adventure from the very morning.
No. As long as your accommodation, hotel, or muelle is located within the island of Cozumel, delivery is 100% free.
No, our vehicles are strictly prohibited from leaving the island of Cozumel.
If you book for 24 hours, the vehicle will be collected or delivered back at the exact same time on the following day.
