Have a valid driver’s license and an authorized credit card with availability for the security guarantee.
Don’t let unauthorized people drive the vehicle. Only the drivers registered and authorized in the contract are permitted to drive.
The use of seatbelts is mandatory for all passengers, and the maximum occupancy of the vehicle cannot be exceeded.
Drive according to Mexican regulations and local traffic laws in Cozumel. Speed limits and traffic signs must be respected at all times.
Never drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any medication that can impair your driving abilities.
No off-roading allowed. Vehicles are strictly for paved roads and designated scenic routes. Driving on dirt tracks or beaches is prohibited.
Manual Transmission awareness: If you rented a "Sedan Manual", you must have previous experience and a valid license to operate a stick-shift vehicle.
Vehicles cannot leave the Island. Our rental units must stay within Cozumel and must be returned to the designated location.
Return the car with the same amount of gasoline you received to avoid extra fuel missing charges.
Always lock the vehicle and take the keys with you when leaving it parked or unattended.
You are responsible for any traffic violations, parking tickets, lost keys, or partial damages/theft to rims, tires, mirrors, and glass.
In case of an accident or breakdown, you must notify the rental company within the first 2 hours of the event to coordinate support or a replacement unit.
